I Teach Digital Skills and Build Communication People Can Actually Use
I’m Alliance PEMOSSO, also known as Coach Alliance. I’m a digital designer, trainer and content creator based in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo.
My work moves between teaching, visual communication and writing. Whether I am explaining Excel, building a design or interviewing someone for an article, I keep coming back to the same question: will this still make sense when I am no longer there to explain it?

I turn ideas that sound complicated at first into something clearer: a visual, a training session, a video, or a piece of writing. I’m currently studying communication at Ensign College through BYU-Pathway Worldwide, and this site is where that work gets built and revised in public.

Selected Communication Projects
COMM 310 pushed me into formats I did not normally use every week. I wrote scripts, interviewed people, worked with news structure, adapted content for social media and built email newsletters for different audiences.
